It was great to see everyone come together for the 21st AutoXpress strategy seminar which took place over the weekend. With representation from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda.

Our keynote speaker was Mr Sunny Bindra, who kicked off the event with a highly engaging speech about how to grow without losing the essence of AutoXpress that greatly energised our participants for the duration of the two-day seminar.

At AutoXpress, we come together every year to review the year passed whilst also recognising the individuals and teams that worked tirelessly with our AutoXpress never say “no” attitude whilst also discussing strategies that would position our company to reach its goals in the coming years.

It was fantastic to have all of our branch managers, regional managers and head of departments in one place – you could feel their enthusiasm in the air as they discussed new ideas on how to maximize team performance and incentivize growth.
