- AA vouchers will be given out weekly to winners

- Activation of the AA voucher will be done by the AutoMobile Association of Kenya (AA). A number will be provided to the customer upon collection of the voucher.
- Customers who buy Bridgestone tyres in the first week only appear in that weekly draw and subsequent customers only appear in that week
- Winners are to be contacted through a call from the AutoXpress Contact Centre
- The winners will be chosen after every week from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computerized process.
- The winner will visit AutoXpress Head Office or as agreed with an AutoXpress Marketing Representative for prize redemption.
- Failure to claim the prize after two weeks will result in automatic disqualification from the draw and AutoXpress will conduct a re-draw of the prize.
- If all methods of contacting the customer have been used, i.e. via telephone or email, and the customer does not collect his/her prize before the next draw, a re-draw will be done to choose another winner
- The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity and the winner shall participate in such activity on AutoXpress’ reasonable request. The promotional activity includes participating in advertising, marketing, or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice, and, in entering the Prize draw, all entrants consent to the same
- AutoXpress shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure
- AutoXpress employees, their close relatives, and anyone involved in the judging of the competition are not allowed to participate.
- AA voucher includes:
- Free tows of up to 40 km on mechanical breakdown.
- Roadside assistance which includes tire changes, minor mechanical electrical repairs, jump-starting, fuel delivery, and key retrieval
- One free safari check per year
- Discounted rates on AA services – Valuation & Inspection, International Driving Permit, Carnet de Passage (Car Passport), AA Mileage Rates, Defensive Driving Programs
- Discounted rates on technical consultancy services which may include but not limited to, preparation of transport policies and guidance on vehicle running costs
- Discounted rates on AMREF emergency medical services (opt in opt out basis)
- Technical advice on vehicle maintenance including service and repairs
- Free post-accident advice.
- Free AutoNews motoring magazine.
- Legal advice on motoring matters from AA Lawyers.
- Free access too Auto Clinics.
