Terms and Conditions

1. Service is available to retail customers only
2. Booking must be done 24 hours prior to vehicle collection
3. The service is offered for free when customers spend over 10,000KES, but there is a charge of 2,500KES when the invoice is less than 10,000 KES
4. The vehicle must be roadworthy with no faults present
5. All invoices must be settled via mobile payment before the vehicle is returned
6. The vehicle will be delivered on the same day
7. Delivery will only be made back to the original point of collection, or if to another location, the owner must be present to receive the vehicle
8. Vehicles will not be stored overnight unless additional work is required
9. AutoXpress will not be responsible for any losses or theft of items from the vehicle.
